About
AI use policy
How Tradecraft does and doesn’t use AI tools.
[SET YOUR POLICY. Suggested starting point:] Tradecraft editors may use AI tools for research, transcription and first drafts. Every published piece is checked against its sources and edited by a named human editor, who is responsible for it. We don’t publish AI-generated quotes, we don’t invent practitioners, and we don’t use AI to create images presented as photographs.
This site’s first editions of its field guides, buyer’s guides and briefings were drafted with AI assistance from Tradecraft’s sourced explainers and are marked as awaiting editorial verification in their changelogs.
